Braver than I knew tips for a healthy body and mind at Christmas


Water, drink plenty of it, staying hydrated will keep headaches and tiredness at bay.


Kefir, drink a glass a day,  (homemade live fermented milk drink) to maintain gut health.


Dark chocolate, eat dark in preference to milk, it’s actually good for your heart and arteries.


Stretch, just 5 minutes doing some yoga, or simple stretching will ground you.


Get outside, fresh air is gift. Fill your lungs and breathe in the natural energy.


Relax, take 10 minutes away from the chaos to yourself. Read, shower, listen to music. You will return revived and ready to party.
